It had been a winter without any snow in Gothenburg so far. I was so jealous of the snowy pictures from all around the world and wondering when it would snow here, as it used to happen every year around December or January. Then, it finally snowed on Saturday!
We went to the Masthugget Church, which stands on a beautiful hill in the city, to see how Gothenburg looked under snow. It was very foggy though and we could not see much, but we played in the snow like kids until our gloves were wet.
I get this very same feeling every year with the first snow. I realize how much I miss it and how much I appreciate living in the North (until it gets too much!).
