We went to Incontro on Sunday to have brunch with Jordanka and Nikola. We have been to Incontro several times before, but they were only to have a few drinks in the evenings. It was the first time we tried their lunch buffet. If you haven’t made a reservation, you need to wait in a line to get some seats from the non-reservation area. We did our best to be the first ones in that queue, and got a good table!
Compared to usual Swedish buffet, there was so much variety, from warm food, to cold sandwiches, and even some nice pizza. One of the nicest details was the big parmesan cheese, which is served with some nuts and fig jam. Since I don’t eat much meat, the variety was narrowed down for me, but it actually made me happy because I would not be able to handle too much food anyway.
I kept some space for the dessert buffet, of course. I really enjoyed the brunch at Incontro. Although it was a bit expensive, it is still nice to spend a Sunday afternoon in there with friends, enjoying the good food and music. I will keep that in mind when I have visitors in Gothenburg.
