I have a new tradition: hiking in the woods on Sundays.
I don’t know if this is a tradition yet, but it all started last Sunday when we longed to be outdoors around a lake, or in a forest. After breakfast, we had been to Skatås, thinking of taking a nice route in the forest.
It was interesting to wake up with the church bell on Sunday morning, because there are no church bells in Sweden. It was time to gain some energy back with a good Sunday breakfast at a different cafe.
After arriving in Amsterdam on Friday evening, we woke up early on Saturday and started the day with a great breakfast at one of the cafes near the hotel. Those who couldn’t wake up before the morning coffee were filled up with endless energy after this satisfying breakfast.
Our group of friends are going to Amsterdam today to stay over the weekend and have so much fun!
A few weeks ago we were at Gökhan’s place, watching a moving and eating pizza. All of a sudden one of us came up with the question, “Why don’t we go to Amsterdam together?” This seemed like the best idea in our whole lives and we booked the tickets immediately.
It had been a year since I registered to the swimming pool that I have been going to some mornings before work. I was looking for a solution to keep myself motivated and on track. I thought knowing some statistics like how long I swim, how much energy I spend, and also following some suggested improvements would help me do better.
