I’ve mentioned many times before that Sweden has great discipline for recycling. Everyone has separate bins at home for glass, plastics, papers, cardboard, metals and composts. This process is of course supported by the government which ensures that every building has the appropriate containers to collect the separated waste.
We bought a new camera, a Sony Cyber-Shot RX1. I am very excited to use it. I feel like it will make a big change in my life since it is much lighter than our previous camera and much easier to carry around with its super-cool cover, instead of a huge camera bag.
To be honest, autumn is not my favorite time of the year. It is just a period between beautiful summer days and cold winter days. I am not even talking about the falling leaves, slippery roads, rain and wind. The only nice thing about the autumn is the colors of the trees.
It is time to say goodbye to the summer clothes. I have been cleaning out my wardrobe this weekend, and wanted to prepare an outfit post with the last pieces that are being removed from my shelves.
We spent a few days in Barış’s hometown Adana with his parents after one week in Çıralı. During our stay there we visited my uncle who was staying at his summer house at Mersin, which is a one-hour drive from Adana. We used to visit Mersin every summer in my childhood. On the road, while listening to Turkish pop music from 90’s, I thought about all those good days we spent with my cousins there. As soon as we arrived at their place, I remembered every single detail like it was yesterday.
We spent one week in Çıralı, as we do every year for our late summer vacation. The same hotel, the same dates, the same beach! I love this place and I don’t feel the need to be somewhere else to relax.
